Welcome to our Application Packages and Forms Page for WISE Charter School. We have organized and placed the application packages for all the WISE and WESE Programs here for your convenience.

Please note:

• Applications will  be received by mail, email or in person at the WISE office 8:30am – 3:30pm (during school hours).
• Only completed applications will be accepted.
• School applications Kinder to Grade 9 will be reviewed through our enrollment process.
• For Kindergarten students, the child must be 5 years old by Sept 1 of the school calendar year.
• For Grade One students, the child must be 6 years old by Sept 1 of the school calendar year.

All application packages will be available on February 3, 2025.

For 2025-26 applications for K-3 are closed. We are still accepting applications for grades 4-9.
