Welcome to our Application Packages and Forms Page for WISE Charter School. We have organized and placed the application packages for all the WISE and WESE Programs here for your convenience.
Please note:
- For 2025-26 applications for K-3 are closed. We are still accepting applications for grades 4-9, please email registrar@thewise.ca
- Applications to The WISE Charter School are completed online through our secure application portal.
- Only completed applications will be accepted.
- After submitting an application, families will receive instructions to upload any required supporting documents online.
- School applications Kinder to Grade 9 will be reviewed through our enrollment process.
- For Kindergarten students, the child must be 5 years old by Sept 1 of the school calendar year.
- For Grade One students, the child must be 6 years old by Sept 1 of the school calendar year.
